Step 01
Send your brief
Send a short brief with what you need, where it will be used and any existing brand files. The enquiry is free and without obligation. Your scope, price and delivery date are confirmed before work starts.
Step 02
Payment and design
Fixed-price requests are paid once the scope is confirmed, before design begins. Custom quotes set out their own payment arrangements. Then review the design within the included revision rounds.
Step 03
Receive your files
Once the design is approved, receive the agreed final files ready to use.

What do I need to provide?
A short description of what you need and where it will be used, plus any text, sizes, photos and existing brand files. If something is missing, you'll be asked before work starts.
How many revisions are included?
Logo Design includes two revision rounds, social media and business graphics include one, and the Starter Kit includes two across the bundle. Extra rounds, new directions or added items are quoted separately before any work is done.
Which file formats will I receive, and are editable files included?
Logos are delivered as transparent PNG and vector SVG/PDF files. Social graphics are delivered as JPG and PNG, and business cards as a print-ready PDF with JPG previews. Editable source files are only included when agreed in advance.
When will my design be ready?
The delivery date is confirmed with the scope and price before work starts. It depends on the project and how quickly content and feedback arrive.
