What the contact form collects

When you submit the contact form on this site, the following details are collected because you type or select them:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The service you selected in the dropdown
• Your website or brand URL, if you choose to add one (optional)
• The message you write
• If you arrived from a portfolio tile, the label of that example is included so I know what you were looking at

No other personal information is requested by the form.

How it is used

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry. You are not added to any mailing list, and no automated sales sequence is sent.

When you submit the form, two emails are generated: a notification to hello@byklart.com so Kristjan can respond, and a confirmation to the address you provided so you have a copy.

Where it is processed

Enquiries are received and processed on the infrastructure that hosts this website (Lovable) and its database and email delivery providers. The contents of your message are stored so the confirmation and notification emails can be delivered reliably, and so I can reply.

If you email hello@byklart.com directly, your message is delivered through the standard email provider used for that address.

Cookies and analytics

The site does not set advertising or tracking cookies through the contact form. If any analytics or hosting cookies are set by the underlying platform, they are not used by Byklart to build a marketing profile of you.

Business outreach

Byklart may contact businesses using company contact information published on their own website or in public business listings. This is limited to relevant, one-to-one communication about services that may reasonably relate to the business or recipient’s professional role.

Information used for this purpose may include the business name, website, public company or work email address, professional role and brief notes about the publicly visible website.

These details are used only to send relevant business communication, manage replies and respect requests not to be contacted again. They are not sold, shared for advertising or added to an automated mailing list.

You can object to business outreach at any time by replying to the message or emailing hello@byklart.com. After an objection, Byklart will not send further marketing messages to that address. A minimal suppression record may be retained solely to ensure that the request is respected.

If you want a copy of an enquiry you sent, or you would like a website enquiry or your business outreach record deleted, email hello@byklart.com and I will handle it personally.
