/ working terms
Working terms.
A short, plain-language summary of how projects with Byklart work.
Written scope before payment
Every project starts with a written scope covering the agreed pages, functionality, timeline and deliverables. No payment is taken until you approve the direction and the scope.
50% to begin
Once the concept direction is approved and the scope is agreed in writing, a 50% payment starts the work.
Final 50% on completion
The remaining 50% is paid after the agreed work is completed and you are happy with the result.
Ownership of final files
You own the final approved files (website source, brand assets, images produced for you) once full payment has been received.
Third-party costs
Any hosting, domain, fonts, stock imagery or other third-party costs are confirmed with you separately and are not included in the design price.
Timelines depend on feedback
Delivery timelines depend on how quickly you can supply content, images and feedback. Delays on either side simply shift the schedule.
Work outside the agreed scope
Additional work that falls outside the agreed scope is priced separately and agreed in writing before it starts.
These working terms describe how projects are run in practice. Anything specific to your project is confirmed in the written scope. See also privacy.
