- Your final files are organised into clearly named folders by use. You receive the formats and sizes agreed for your project. Editable source files can be added when useful for the project.

- Fixed-price projects are paid once the brief is confirmed and before design starts. Custom quotes include their own payment arrangement.

What do I need to provide?
A short description of what you need and where it will be used, plus any text, sizes, photos and existing brand files. If something is missing, you'll be asked before work starts.
Can you work with my existing logo or brand?
Yes. Social media and business graphics normally use your existing logo, colours and fonts. A logo refresh can also build on what you already have.
How many revisions are included?
Logo Design includes two revision rounds, social media and business graphics include one, and the Starter Kit includes two across the bundle. Extra rounds, new directions or added items are quoted separately before any work is done.
Which file formats will I receive, and are editable files included?
Logos are delivered as transparent PNG and vector SVG/PDF files. Social graphics are delivered as JPG and PNG, and business cards as a print-ready PDF with JPG previews. Editable source files are only included when agreed in advance.
When do I pay?
For the fixed-price banner, social set and business card, you send your brief first. Once we confirm it fits the scope and agree the delivery date, payment is made before design work begins. For custom projects, payment arrangements are included in your individual quote.
When will my design be ready?
The delivery date is confirmed with the scope and price before work starts. It depends on the project and how quickly content and feedback arrive.
Do you print or post the designs for me?
No. Byklart provides the design only. Printing, delivery, posting and social media account management are not included.
What about fonts, photos and other licensed assets?
Third-party fonts, stock photos and other licensed assets remain subject to their own licences. Any licence cost is confirmed with you before it is used.
Do you still design websites?
Yes, website design is available separately on request. Mention it in your enquiry to receive the scope and price.
